Management

Management of patients with hypertension are:
Treatment without drugs, among other things: a diet low in salt / cholesterol / saturated fat, emotional stress relief, stop smoking / alcohol, and light and regular physical exercise.
Antihypertensive drugs. There are many types of antihypertensive drugs currently available. For the selection of the right drugs are expected to contact a doctor.

With regular treatment and control, and avoiding risk factor for hypertension, the mortality from this disease can be suppressed.
